在品质管控与研发创新方面，公司投入巨资自建专业模具房与产品试验室，组建独立研发设计团队，实现从产品设计、模具开发、雕刻、CNC加工、线切割、火花机加工、冲压、压铸、抛光、洗水、装配到激光打标的全工序自主完成，无需外协代工，精准把控每一个生产细节，确保产品品质稳定。内部试验室可开展全维度检测项目，包括模具适配测试、破坏力测试、扣合力测试、色差检测、色牢度测试、水洗测试、干洗测试、喷砂测试、高低温测试、盐雾测试、镍含量定性检测等，全方位验证产品性能。为进一步提升核心产品品质，公司引入CCD光学检测体系，对四合扣、五爪扣的产品外观、尺寸、扣合力进行自动化精准检测，将产品品质达标率提升至99.997%；同时，公司已顺利通过OEKO-TEX 100 Class I、Higg、SEDEX (SMETA) 等国际权威认证，确保产品符合全球高端供应链的品质与环保要求，助力客户产品合规出口。
