AB AsiaButton亚洲钮扣创立于2003年,是粤港澳大湾区内具备核心竞争力的高端金属钮扣制造企业,深耕五金服饰配件领域多年,始终坚持传统匠心工艺与前沿生产创新深度融合,打造兼具品质、美学与环保属性的五金配件产品。公司创始人Mr Steven Lu自1997年起深耕金属模具工程与产品设计领域,以专业技术积淀引领企业发展,推动全体员工秉持“每套模具精密易生产,每粒纽扣精雕细琢”的匠心标准开展生产与研发工作。


 二、生产布局

公司搭建规模化、标准化的全域生产体系,布局两大核心生产基地,实现产能与品质的双重保障:

- 东莞生产基地:设立全资下属工厂——东莞市炜华实业有限公司,打造6300平方米标准化工业厂房,依托大湾区产业优势,实现高效生产与快速交付。

- 黄冈生产基地:占地50000平方米、建设16500平方米现代化智能生产车间,搭建规模化、自动化的生产链路,满足大批量订单与定制化生产需求。

亚洲钮扣坚守绿色生产、可持续发展原则,从原材料到生产全流程践行环保标准:

- 原材料管控:仅选用环保合规的65铜材、3锌合金、不锈钢、宝钢铁圈材作为核心基材,拒绝劣质有害原料。

- 生产流程管控:产品生产全周期采用环保电镀、环保喷漆、环保包材及环保辅料,从源头降低环境负荷。

- 体系认证资质:

    1.  东莞基地已顺利通过OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I、Higg Index、SEDEX(SMETA) 等国际权威认证,符合全球高端服饰供应链环保与社会责任要求。

    2.  黄冈基地已通过GMP质量管理体系认证(国家药监局CFDA\国内首家钮扣类产品通过GMP认证厂家), 同时搭建完善的污水循环处理系统,一次性取得污水处理、喷油、抛光、洗油、上色等全环节环保生产资质,实现清洁化、规范化生产。


 五、研发与品控实力

1.  全链路自研自产:公司自建专业模具房与产品试验室,组建独立研发设计团队,实现产品设计、模具开发、雕刻、CNC加工、线切割、火花机加工、冲压、压铸、抛光、洗水、装配、激光打标等工序一站式自主完成,无需外协代工,精准把控生产节奏与产品品质。

2.  全方位质检体系:内部试验室可开展模具适配测试、破坏力测试、扣合力测试、色差检测、色牢度测试、水洗测试、干洗测试、喷砂测试、高低温测试、盐雾测试、重金属及镍含量定性检测等全维度检测项目。

3.  高精度品控标准:公司执行逐单全检制度,针对核心产品四合扣、五爪扣,采用CCD光学智能检测系统,对产品外观、尺寸、扣合力进行自动化精准检测,实现产品品质达标率99.997%,相关产品已成功应用于全球顶尖童装品牌。

Production Layout

We operate two standardized production bases to ensure stable capacity and consistent quality:

- Dongguan Base: We own a full-capacity subsidiary, Dongguan Weihua Industrial Co., Ltd., with a 6,300㎡ standard factory workshop.

- Huanggang Base: A modern intelligent production workshop covering 16,500㎡, supporting large-volume and customized production.

 Environmental Protection & Certifications

We are committed to green and sustainable manufacturing throughout the entire production chain:

- Raw materials: Only eco-friendly 65 brass, 3 zinc alloy and stainless steel are used.

- Production process: Adopt environmentally friendly electroplating, painting, packaging and auxiliary materials.

- Certifications:

  - Huanggang Base: Passed GMP certification, equipped with a complete wastewater recycling system and all necessary environmental production licenses for surface treatment processes.


 R&D & Quality Control

- We have our own mold workshop and testing laboratory, with an independent R&D and design team. The whole process from product design, mold development, CNC machining, stamping, die-casting, polishing to assembly and laser marking is completed in-house.

- Our laboratory provides comprehensive testing: mold fitting, breaking force, fastening force, color difference, color fastness, washing resistance, sandblasting, high & low temperature resistance, salt spray test, heavy metal and nickel content analysis.

- For snap buttons and five-claw buttons, we apply a CCD optical inspection system to achieve a 99.997% product qualification rate, and our products are widely used by world-leading kids’ wear brands.

- Our design team balances functionality and aesthetics, supporting customized logos, sizes and finishes to enhance brand identity.
