The rear cap adjuster directly decides the wearing performance of baseball caps, bucket hats and outdoor hats. This small hardware part demands strict standards on tensile strength, plating uniformity, salt spray resistance and environmental compliance. Our zinc alloy cap buckles, 17mm inner diameter, slide smoothly and lock firmly without loosening after repeated adjustment. Both barrel plating and rack plating are available, with a wide range of finishes including gunmetal, imitation gold, antique bronze and nickel-free colors matched to your color standard.
We own in-house tooling workshop and testing lab. All processes are finished internally.
